Prioritization: Items are ordered by impact and dependency. Critical items block other work or affect user experience today.

Critical (Do Now)

Build Admin panel with user creation + permissions
Admin (Brad) needs to create user accounts, assign roles (admin/member), and set permissions. Required for multi-family/resale model. Currently no user management at all.
Stevens Family Planner
Set up Cindy's login (invite flow)
Cindy needs her own account. Depends on the Admin panel being built first so Brad can create her user and set permissions.
Stevens Family Planner
Full localStorage audit across all pages
Check every DugoutReady page for user data stored in localStorage. Migrate to D1.
DugoutReady
Add Admin tab with user management
Coaches need to manage team members, roles, and permissions from within the app.
DugoutReady
Wire up actual email sending (Resend/SES) for all scheduling tools
Poll, retreat, and meeting scheduling all have invitation stubs but no email delivery backend. Resend Pro upgrade needed first (add coreforumhub.com domain, DNS verification).
Core Forum Hub

High (This Week)

Add send-invitations to Retreats
Retreats scheduling exists but email invitations are not yet wired up. Blocked by email sending setup.
Core Forum Hub
Add send-invitations + results/analysis to Meetings
Meeting scheduling needs email delivery and post-meeting analysis features. Blocked by email sending setup.
Core Forum Hub
Admin section for editable email templates
Admins should be able to customize invitation email templates from within the app.
Core Forum Hub
Mobile-desktop feature parity audit
Verify every feature accessible on mobile is also accessible on desktop, and vice versa. Cloud Pages Inventory tab was missing on desktop (fixed). Full audit still needed.
Brad's Command Center
Standardize invite/onboarding flow across all multi-user apps
Stevens Family Planner, Core Forum Hub, and DugoutReady all need consistent invite patterns. Build once, reuse.
All Apps
Move profile to bottom-left sidebar
User profile/account access should be consistently placed at bottom-left of sidebar nav.
DugoutReady

Medium (Soon)

School Emails tab
Build out the school emails management feature for tracking school communications.
Stevens Family Planner
Add tab order customization
Match Brad's Command Center and Stevens Family Planner capability. Let users drag-reorder tabs.
Core Forum Hub
Add custom tab names
Match Brad's Command Center and Stevens Family Planner capability. Let users rename tabs.
Core Forum Hub
Standardize settings page layout
All apps should have a consistent settings page structure and location.
All Apps
Standardize profile/account placement
Decide on consistent placement (bottom-left sidebar) across all apps.
All Apps
DugoutReady cross-check across mobile/desktop/browser
Visual QA pass on all DugoutReady pages across devices. Puppeteer auth blocked initial attempt.
DugoutReady

Low (Backlog)

GChat Scan "Scan Now" button reads metadata only
The manual scan trigger should pull metadata without running a full scan cycle.
Brad's Command Center
Family photo display on member directory cards
Show profile photos alongside family member names in the directory view.
Stevens Family Planner
Delete orphaned Stevens Family Planner KV namespace
Clean up the old KV namespace that was replaced by D1 migration.
Stevens Family Planner

Completed

Apply gradient polish (green/orange branding)
Completed July 6, 2026 — 46 section headers converted to green gradient, 27 emoji icons replaced with white inline SVGs.
DugoutReady
Infrastructure Overview: All Sterling-built apps run on Cloudflare (Pages + D1 + Workers). DugoutReady is the exception with its WordPress/Cloudways core and CF-hosted lineup tool.

Standardization Opportunities

Shared Component Library

Several features have been built independently in multiple apps that could be extracted into reusable components:

  • Tab order + custom names system: Built in Brad's Command Center and Stevens Family Planner. Could be extracted and applied to Core Forum Hub and DugoutReady.
  • Bottom nav bar: Similar implementations in Brad's Command Center, Stevens Family Planner, and Core Forum Hub. Could share a single component pattern.
  • D1 settings store: Brad's Command Center uses key-value, Stevens Family Planner uses user_preferences. Should standardize on one pattern.
  • Invite/onboarding flow: Needed by Stevens Family Planner, Core Forum Hub, and DugoutReady. Build once, deploy everywhere.
  • Service worker: Brad's Command Center and Stevens Family Planner have them, Core Forum Hub and DugoutReady (CF side) do not.
Positive note: Three of four apps (Brad's Command Center, Stevens Family Planner, Core Forum Hub) are fully on the Sterling design system with consistent purple gradient headers, Inter font, and SVG icons. DugoutReady is the primary outlier due to its WordPress foundation.
